My body fat reduced to the lowest percentage of my entire life by the end of 30 days. For Courey's part, she was able to help focus the purpose for my dietary restrictions so as to identify problem foods that we're making me feel less than ideal. She helped set a stable course for re-introduction of any plant based foods I wanted to put back on the menu for myself, and a steep list of foods to avoid altogether.

Generally speaking, she's punctual, informative, and is motivated to share resources to make sure you have a stable foundation from which to build. All in all Contrarian Nutrition is a great place to seek support if you need a dietary reset.
