What is the Carnivore Challenge?
Ketogenic diets are low or no carb nutrition strategies that are clinically proven and safe for long-term application. The carnivore diet is a ketogenic nutrition strategy that individuals can use to heal, manage inflammation and symptoms, lose weight, or as a life-long nutrition strategy.
Participants of the Carnivore Challenge (CC) consume only animal products for at least 30 days.
Participants will be introduced to strategies for starting the CC in the Week 1 Call. Options include going all-in right away, phasing in slowly, or not changing intake at all and joining to learn more (aka carni-curious).
